Learn to Illustrate - Anime Style, with Chazz Jogie

Join us at The Heights for an anime / comic book style animal portrait class. Each day during the three session series, participants will build off the previous lesson, while working on a single drawing of an animal portrait.

Session 1 will focus on pencil drawing. Participants will learn how to draw the portrait using basic shapes, simple details, and quick shading.

Session 2 will focus on inking. I'll introduce the class to the different pen types, and I'll give them a brief lesson on shading techniques. Afterwards, they'll begin inking their animals.

Session 3, participants will use the entire class time to finish inking their drawings, cleaning it up, and making corrections.

The presenter will be drawing along with the students and demonstrating the process from start to finish.

This program is geared towards Adults and older teens (Ages 14+) and registration is required.
