Veteran's Art Therapy

Veterans are invited to take part in a relaxing and meaningful art therapy session designed to support wellness, self-expression, and connection. Through guided, low-pressure art activities, participants will have the opportunity to explore emotions, reduce stress, and tell their stories in a creative and supportive environment.

All supplies will be provided and participants are encouraged to create at their own pace while enjoying light conversation, calming music, and a welcoming space created especially for those who have served.
